A-Trace Traceability made easy, receiving ingredients creating a GRN label.

The Goods Receiver Number (GRN) is the first step in the traceability journey. When an order is delivered the GRN links the delivery note to the goods that have been delivered.

A-Trace stores the delivery note, then produces labels that can be attached to the received goods or the delivery note. These labels allow be sure of everything that has been received and when it was received. The notes are stored in Xero so when payment is processed the accounts team can be certain that they are paying for goods actually delivered.

The Xero data can help map on time deliveries by your suppliers.
